Unum Benefits Enrollment will be February 20th - 27th, 2020. If you are a newly eligible employee of Jack Entertainment, please use the links below to sign up for an appointment to meet with a benefits counselor onsite during the Unum benefits enrollment. You also have the ability to call to speak with a benefits counselor between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST February 20th - 27th or schedule a time for a call center counselor to call you.
