Open Enrollment will be November 18th - 29th, 2019. If you are an employee of Masonic Homes, please use a links below associated with your location to sign up for an appointment to meet with a benefits counselor onsite. Our call center is open November 25th and 26th if you missed meeting with a counselor onsite. If you choose a time under the call center link, a benefits counselor will call you at your selected time.
